Definitely. I wave at every runner I pass, the people who fit what he’s describing are usually too distracted to notice me giving them my respect as we pass. Anyone who takes the time to lace up their shoes has my respect.
Every runner is an inspiration! They’re very dedicated and disciplined. I know how hard it is to be one and it will take time for you to able to be a good runner.
