I liked the new Nanos, in face I like that whole segment! My first iPod was a mini and I have a 1st Gen one that I won and I like it for just audio podcasts. I wouldnt have bought the nano on my own and upgrading for video seams silly when the file sizes are an issue!

Bill,
I was so under-whelmed about the announcement that I bought a second gen (orange) shuffle and a second gen (green) nano after the keynote. I'm in the market for a new iPod, preferable one the size and memory size of the 2nd gen nanos. But when I saw how they changed the nanos I quickly bought an older model before they are all gone. The new nanos look like midget iPods to me or better yet Klondike bars. They are almost as wide as the iPod classic just shorter so I don't really see and space savings like you had with the older nanos. Plus I think people are going to look pretty silly jogging with one of those attached to their arm.
-Charles
