		<description>I think contENt is still king.  What&#039;s the point of crunching if it sucks.  It&#039;s a technical issue which us Canadian producers should complain to the CRTC.  If we&#039;re suppose to supply Canadian content, our viewer and ourselves are being dinged by ISPs for watching, listening and reading it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maybe an idea is to make content more flexible to bandwidths. Less for mobile and more for broadband.  Just that opens a whole can of worms. We go on these swings. In the end, we end in middle ground of quality and size.</description>
