at running. Not where I want to be but working toward my goal.
at catching myself judging. Still takes a couple seconds but, I usually nab it and change.
at making a todo list. I’ve got a bad memory, if I put it in the list I feel bad if I don’t get it done.
at saying no when I want to buy something. I waste a lot of money on “things.” I’ve put off most purchases and I’m happy for it so far.
at cutting back. I do too many things, I’m working on stepping back to better focus on what matters.
at eating better. I’ve been making better choices in what I eat, and drink.
at not drinking. I rarely have a drink, usually only if it’s an occasion or a special drink (beer/wine).
