I’ve been thinking a lot about minimalist life over the last year. I think part of it has to do with riding a motorcycle for almost all the summer. You just can’t bring everything with you so you pear your gear down to what really matters. Breathing is another thing I’ve been stopping to do, yes stopping. Sometimes I’ll just stop what I’m doing, usually at work, just for a minute and focus on breathing.
Came across the list of tips on ZenHabbits today. I plan on reading one or two a day for a while and trying to do better at relaxing, focusing and feeling better. I also plan to read the authors book The Power Of Less.
