So I’ve discovered that, to a degree, I can eat whatever I want but if I have any alcohol that will show up on the scale.
On the weekend I was pretty good on the food side but did a good share of drinking. Far less then is usual for me at a PodCamp but I did a good job at tying one on. Got on the scale Monday morning and put on a few.
On a three day business trip didn’t touch a single drink but made a few good diet choices but for the most part was expecting to add another pound or so to the scale. Lost a bit.
Exercise was roughly the same throughout.
Wish it was a bit more balanced but that’s how it is.
